About 5th Grade MathThe expectations for mathematicians in 5th grade represent a significant leap from the expectations for 4th graders. The core focus of 5th grade math is on working with fractions and decimals. Students will be pushed to new levels of rigor through developing conceptual understanding, procedural skill and fluency, and applying their learning to real-world problem-solving.
The 5th grade curriculum consists of 6 Modules or learning units. |
